Walking Basketball is a fun, low-impact program from Basketball ACT designed for older adults, beginners, or anyone returning to activity after injury. With no running or jumping, it focuses on movement, skill development, and social connection in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
Each session is suitable for all fitness levels and no prior basketball experience is needed. After the session, enjoy complimentary coffee and morning tea, making it a great way to stay active, meet new people, and be part of a supportive community, one step at a time!
