Basketball ACT offer weekly a Walking Basketball program to anyone 50+ of any ability/fitness level looking to keep active in a safe and supported environment.
Delivered at Belconnen Basketball Stadium on Tuesday or Thursday mornings, Walking Basketball is a fun way to keep fit, learn some new skills and make new friends. Walking Basketball includes a post-session morning tea for all attendees.
