Basketball ACT’s annual Canberra Classic
Contested in January, the Canberra Classic is the perfect way to get ready for the NBL1 East, Waratah League, national championships, and the Basketball ACT Premier League season ahead.
The Canberra Classic is contested across four divisions – Invitational, A Grade, B Grade and C Grade – in Men’s and Women’s categories. In 2023, 32 teams competed across all divisions, to make it one of the biggest Canberra Classics of recent years.
Divisions Are:
Aimed at NBL 1, Waratah League, BACT Premier League 1 or elite level representative teams (U20’s or U19’s).
Aimed at BACT Premier League 2 or junior age representative teams (U18’s)
Aimed at Senior Social level teams
There is a grade for everyone, so get ready to join us at Belconnen Basketball Stadium, to set your season up for a sizzling start.
