Basketball ACT’s NAIDOC Week celebrations continue this Wednesday – 10 July 20204 – at Belconnen Basketball Stadium, with the 2024 Premier League Indigenous Round.

Round 14 of the Premier 1 season will see all games played at Belconnen, with games commencing from 6.15pm.

To commence proceedings, Basketball ACT are delighted to have First Nations singer/songwriter, Belle Whyte join us in 2024 to perform.

Please come and join us, as we celebrate NAIDOC Week. Order of events are:

  • 6.00pm – MC Welcome;
  • 6.02pm – BACT President Welcome – Michelle Hocking;
  • 6.05pm – Acknowledgement of Country – Belle Whyte*;
  • 6.05pm – Musical Performance – Belle Whyte*;
  • 6.12pm – Ceremonial Tip-Off – Court 1;
  • 6.15pm – Premier League Indigenous Round
