2023 Premier League and Molten Junior Premier League Grand Final Wrap
By BACT Media Unit – 21 September 2023
Basketball ACT’s Premier League and Molten Junior Premier League Grand Finals proved to be a massive hit on 16 and 17 September 2023, with numerous close games (including a couple that went to OT), some awesome on-court displays and supportive and vocal crowds in the stadium (and on-line) for all matches played.
Held over Saturday and Sunday, the Premier League and Molten Junior Premier League deciders lived up to expectations.
All games were live-streamed, with over 8.5k views over the course of the weekend on basketball ACT’s You Tube Channel. Belconnen Basketball Stadium saw a rolling “full-house” for every Grand Final, with many clubs bringing a host of supporters to cheer on their teams.
Well done to all teams, coaches, support staff, referees, scoretable and statisticians, BACT Board and staff, supporters and clubs for an amazing weekend.
