Basketball ACT is seeking a Digital Coordinator to help deliver and evolve our digital presence across web, social media, email and campaign channels. Youâll play a key role in capturing whatâs happening across our competitions, programs and events and shaping it into engaging digital content.
This role is hands-on and varied â from game-night coverage and social media management to website updates, email campaigns and digital communications. Youâll ensure our platforms are current, accessible, accurate and aligned with our brand and messaging.
Working closely with the Communications Manager and teams across the organisation, youâll manage fast-moving priorities with confidence, good judgement and attention to detail. Youâll also support digital performance tracking, optimisation and consistent use of digital assets.
This is a full-time, ongoing role suited to someone who enjoys working in a community-facing organisation and thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate aligns with Basketball ACTâs values of inclusion, improvement, ambition and acting for the good of the game.

This is not a board seat for spectators â itâs an opportunity to actively shape the future of basketball in the ACT. Basketball ACT is seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board as Elected Directors.
Basketball ACT is the governing body for basketball in the ACT, supporting more than 13,000 participants, 900+ teams, and hundreds of officials across competitions and programs. Recognised by Basketball Australia and the ACT Government, we are driven by a purpose to build stronger, more inclusive communities through basketball.
We are recruiting two Elected Directors to bring fresh perspectives, strategic thinking and professional expertise to our Board. We are particularly interested in skills across strategy and growth, business and commercial development, sponsorship, media and communications, and change management, with a strong commitment to board diversity.
This voluntary role involves bi-monthly board meetings and a three-year term (up to two consecutive terms). Ideal candidates bring strong governance awareness, strategic and financial literacy, collaborative leadership, and a genuine passion for basketball and community impact.

Basketball ACT are currently recruiting enthusiastic and engaging Development Coaches to help drive the love and passion of basketball for kids at the beginner and intermediate skill level stage.
Becoming a Development Coach is a great way to build experience in the coaching field and contribute to the growth of the game.
Shifts are available across weekdays and weekends at various locations around Canberra.
