Mums & Bubs Basketball is a fun, supportive program from Basketball ACT designed for new mums to stay active, build confidence, and connect with others, while keeping their little ones close by.
These low-impact sessions include gentle basketball activities and light fitness in a relaxed environment, with no prior experience needed. Babies are welcome courtside, and after each session, enjoy complimentary coffee and morning tea with fellow mums, perfect for socialising and winding down. It’s a great way to move, laugh, and feel part of a welcoming community.
